Gini Soave Classico DOC

The Soave Classico takes its name from the area of origin, exclusively hillsides which have always produced high quality grapes. Soft pressing and immediate cooling of the must. Fermentation at controlled temperature. Straw color with green-gold reflections. The bouquet is intense and fragrant, like fresh flowers (elder cherry, etc.) and ripe fruit. It has a dry and harmonious flavor, fine and persistent with slight scent of almonds. Great accompaniment with pasta dishes, fish or white meat.

Cabernet Sauvignon Camul DOC

Piave 100% Cabernet Sauvignon DOC. It has been present in Italy since 1800. The yield per hectare is quite low (95/100 quintals grape, 60-65% wine) in order to have the best quality of both wines. It ages inside Slavonian oak barrels for 16 months and finally refines for 12 months in the bottle. Deep ruby red color with violet nuances. Vinous and herbaceous smell. Excellent with game and grilled meat. A very nice wine to enjoy out of meals

Montere Ripasso Ca’de’Rocchi

Smoky bacon, black cherry, oaky. Yummy sweet fruit, rich character. Meaty, satisfying, long. Excellent balance. In the region of Valpolicella, in the proximity of the Gardasees, after the harvest, the clusters of grapes are carefully dried on mats to ripen and spoil under the sun and processed for Amarone. Afterwards, young wine is pressed and poured over the grape castings from the Amarone to give us this full bodied Ripasso. In the nose and at the palate the smell of raisins and tropical drying fruit expects you. Wonderful nuances after chocolate and caramel accompany the wine into the long response. A genuine Ripasso with the mad resemblance of the large Amarone with mad price/benefit relationship. Delicious with beef, Maytag cheese, pappardelle with a rich tomato meat sauce.
